Design, manufacturing and installation of a complete sand & gravel crushing plant for Abu Dhabi C Tower. The line included grizzly feeder, jaw crusher, HS10 impact crusher, vibrating screen and transfer conveyors. At 250 t/h capacity, the cubical aggregate and precise grading were approved by international consultants. Our technical team completed on-site installation, local operator training and full commissioning in record time.
Construction and installation of a 120 t/h asphalt plant for Khorramabad Municipality. The plant featured a rotary dryer, twin-shaft mixer, digital weighing system and baghouse filter. Considering the Zagros climate, we installed a dual-fuel burner and intelligent temperature control. The project was operational within 45 days, producing asphalt that met all urban construction needs.
Commissioning of a stationary batching plant for Garmeh Municipality with 60 m³/h capacity. Equipped with 4-axis weighing, twin-shaft mixer and PLC control, it guarantees concrete mixing accuracy. Imen Sang Shekan handled foundations, installation, calibration and complete operator training. The plant now supplies all regional construction projects.
Supply and installation of complete crushing equipment for Goharan Choghart, including 90×110 jaw, HS10 impact, hydrocone and 3-deck vibrating screen. The 180 t/h line was designed for Choghart iron ore processing. Special wear-resistant alloys extended component life under severe mining conditions. 24/7 after-sales support and timely spare parts supply were key strengths of this partnership.
Installation of a complete crusher and sand washing line for Kerman Copper Company. The project included jaw crusher, secondary impact, hydrocone, screen and 2-meter spiral sand washer. The goal was washed sand with under 5% moisture for industrial concrete structures. We reduced water consumption by 70% with a closed-loop design and fully covered dust suppression.
Commissioning of a complete 300 t/h sand and gravel plant for Kouhestan Company. The line included a vibrating feeder, 110 jaw, two HS10 impactors in series, hydrocone, 3 screens and 8 conveyors. Optimized layout reduced conveyor length and cut power consumption by 15%. The final product's precise grading and cubical shape met all client requirements.
Design and construction of a sand and gravel plant for Pardis Akhtar within a 2000 m² footprint. Using vertical layout and storage silos, Imen Sang Shekan achieved 150 t/h capacity in minimal space. The project featured full automation, online weighing and remote monitoring. Output quality was approved by certified labs for C30 and C40 concrete.
Installation of secondary and tertiary crushers for Mas Tarem Company. The project included a 36-inch hydrocone, HS10 impact crusher and 4-deck screen for precise road aggregate sizing. By carefully adjusting the cone closed-side setting, flaky content was reduced to under 8%. Steady production is ensured through spare parts supply and periodic service.
Reconstruction and modernization of Golzar Mine Barash's crushing line by our technical team. The project included complete jaw replacement, new HS10 impact installation, hydrocone overhaul and new polyurethane-mesh screens. Capacity increased from 80 to 160 t/h and wear dropped by 30%. A 12-month warranty and permanent technical support were provided.
Supply of complete sand and gravel equipment for Melli Maskan National Housing. The project included grizzly feeder, jaw, impact, hydrocone, sand washer and 6 conveyors with dust covers. Meeting national building standards, the plant produces standard-302 graded, cubical aggregate suitable for special concretes. Installation and training were completed in 30 days.
Installation of primary and secondary crushers for Omran Marun in a tropical region. The project included 80×55 jaw, HS7 impact, screen and heat-resistant conveyors. We designed a special cooling system and selected high-temperature industrial oils, guaranteeing performance at 50°C. The line has operated non-stop for 18 months.
Design and construction of a mineral sizing system for Kani Kavosh. The project included two 6×2 m 4-deck screens, magnetic conveyors for iron separation and pre-washing before grading. Installing VFD drives on screens allowed precise adjustment of slope angle and vibration frequency. Grading accuracy reached 95%.
