Therefore, after leveling and compacting the designated area according to the dimensions of the structures, a concrete foundation is constructed on-site. However, in some cases, depending on project requirements, a steel structure or a mobile batching plant is used, which does not require a concrete foundation.
The control room is the center for controlling and directing all batching plant operations for concrete production, and the control panel and electrical steering systems are located there.

The material mixing drum or mixer is located on the batching platform, and concrete production operations take place in the concrete mixer. All raw materials are mixed in the mixer after being discharged by the skip hoist, and the prepared concrete exits through the discharge gate for loading into the transit mixer.
The screw is a tube containing a guiding spiral used to transfer cement from inside the silos to the material mixer in the batching plant.
A special wagon installed on the hoist rail is used to transport and move aggregates from the pneumatic gates at the top of the aggregate stockpile to the mixer.
