The vibrating feeder by Imen Sang Shekan provides uniform, controlled feeding of rock into jaw or impact crushers. Regular vibration prevents bulk stone dumping and sudden shock loads at the crusher mouth.

The body is built from wear-resistant steel plate and the drive can be an eccentric vibrator motor or contra-rotating eccentric shafts. Vibration amplitude is adjusted with counterweights to match material type and line capacity.

In a crushing line the feeder is what prevents both no-load running and overload. That simple control noticeably extends jaw plate and hammer life and optimises power consumption.
