What is a belt conveyor & Imen Sang Shekan expertise

The belt conveyor by Imen Sang Shekan is designed for continuous material transfer across the crushing plant: from the grizzly feeder to the primary crusher, from the crusher to the screen, and from the screen to the final stockpile.

The belt is abrasion- and tear-resistant EP rubber with reinforced fabric plies suitable for sharp, heavy rock. Belt width ranges from 500 to 1200 mm, with thickness calculated from wear conditions and conveying length.

Rollers are wear-resistant steel with sealed bearings, and a screw or counterweight take-up prevents belt slip and wander. The main frame is welded from ST52 channel and plate.

An undersized conveyor caps the throughput of the whole plant; we design the transfer route around the real capacity of your crusher and screen.

Why the Imen Sang Shekan belt conveyor?

  • Engineered route calculation: width, speed and incline angle are calculated from capacity, gradation and the material's angle of repose.
  • Belt matched to the duty: ply count and top-cover thickness selected from rock size and drop height.
  • Sealed-bearing rollers: dust ingress is blocked and lubrication intervals get longer.
  • Belt tracking control: self-aligning rollers and side guides prevent wander and edge tearing.
  • Covers and dust suppression: less airborne dust and protection of material from rain and wind.
  • Standard safety features: drum guards, emergency pull cords and belt-stop sensors available.

Applications & suitable projects

  • Crushing lines: transfer between feeder, crusher, screen and stockpile
  • Asphalt and concrete plants: cold feed and transfer to bins
  • Stockpiling: inclined conveyors for building height stockpiles
  • Mobile plants: folding conveyors for fast relocation between quarries
  • Mines and loading: truck loading from stockpile with a mobile conveyor

Send us the route length, elevation difference and required capacity, and we will propose a layout drawing and exact conveyor specification.

BeltCore™ technology — stable tension, longer belt life

Over a conveyor's life, most of the cost is the belt itself. BeltCore™ exists to cut that cost:

  • Controlled tension: the take-up system keeps belt tension in the optimal band — no slip, no over-stretch.
  • Engineered transfer point: the chute is designed so material lands centred and in the direction of travel.
  • Belt cleaners: rubber and steel scrapers reduce carry-back onto the belt and return rollers.
  • Self-aligning rollers: automatic correction of belt wander before the edges are damaged.

Result: longer belt life, less spillage along the route and fewer unplanned stops — lower yearly maintenance cost.
